THE BEST CATCH FOR YOU

The whole journey of one’s college days is incomplete without some sprinkles of adventure, don’t you think so? Don’t they say ‘the older the berry, the sweeter the juice’?. I guess we can relate it to the berry having experiences while aging that makes it sweeter.

It surely is one thing to go to college, read one’s books and graduate with first class honors and it is another thing to go to college, read one’s books, gain experiences that would be useful in the labour market and graduate with good grades.

Harding in his final year in college and like every student, studies his books to get amazing grades. It was the usual triangle of home, class and library for him until he found out about a global organization that builds young people in leadership skills and enables them to reach their full potential; the name of the organization is AIESEC: a safe space to shape your leadership skills without being afraid of failures

Harding like any average youth was curious and don’t they say that curiosity kills the cat ( well this was a good kill). With AIESEC, Harding was able to make beneficial lifelong connections through networking with fellow AIESECers.

He was also able to learn what it means to be in a team, impact lives and drive for the fulfilment of one’s potential. He learnt what it means to be a leader by taking on responsibilities and as a result, giving him the experience he needs to have an edge above his peers.

If you could ask Harding if he has any regrets in life, I think it would go like this, ‘One of my regrets in life is not joining AIESEC in my first year at the university “.

I think we can boldly say that Harding would surely be a sweeter berry than the other regular berries because he took the chance and joined AIESEC.

This is Ekow Harding’s story #withaiesec. What about you? Take that chance and sign up for membership now!
